I discussed coming off facebook with a mate over the weekend and decided it’s worth trying.
I know that there is a lot of talk about the harmful effects of social media these days, I did not even start to think about how it might be affecting me.
So, as of yesterday afternoon I have (semi)removed my profile. I’ve locked it down so that if and when I get better I can resurrect it.
I will discuss this with my therapist tonight. Hopefully, he agrees that it’s a positive step.

My therapist agreed that stepping away from social media for a while is a good idea.
