I’m not looking to be skinny, skinny is weird. I’ve always been ‘heavy set’. My goal is to be fit, stocky and get my muscle back. Ideally, I’d like to be under 90kg and back down to at 30-inch waist. In short, Beefy, Bearded, Healthy and Normal.
So here I/we go, from 6’2″ and 126kg to stocky muscle bear.
Though the blog I want to share my ethos that you don’t need to be afraid in the kitchen. If you accept it’s not always going to work out perfectly and doesn’t look like the food porn in a magazine, you’ll have more success in than you imagine.
Remember, Beautiful food isn’t always the tastiest food.
