What’s the blog for, well its primary purpose is for me to log and keep track of my journey back to some level of normality? Having something I need do and want to complete will help me feel normal again. On the other side, it might just be entertaining and sometimes informative. So here I/we go, from 6’2″ and 126kg to stocky muscle bear.
I’m not going to be posting selfies, well I don’t plan to. This blog is about sharing the food highs and lows, as well as sharing some of the things I’ve cooked up along the way. You may see the odd moan from me as a way of letting off steam, this is primarily a food blog, just easy things to cook that anyone can cook. So I’ll post something new every week, it may just be a twist on a recipe or something new. Ideas and advice are always welcome.
