I was getting bored of cauliflower and broccoli. So, I decided to do some research and find some alternatives, the first that came up was Keto Coleslaw, and it worked out really well! It’s really simple too!
- 4 oz. green cabbage
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of Salt
- Black Pepper
Note, Its important for this diet that you use either fresh or full-fat mayo,
- Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife, mandolin slicer or a food processor.
- Place in a bowl and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Stir well and leave to rest for ten minutes
This goes with anything.
