Simple Keto Coleslaw

I was getting bored of cauliflower and broccoli. So, I decided to do some research and find some alternatives, the first that came up was Keto Coleslaw, and it worked out really well! It’s really simple too!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. green cabbage
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Black Pepper

Note, Its important for this diet that you use either fresh or full-fat mayo,

Method

  1. Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife, mandolin slicer or a food processor.
  2. Place in a bowl and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir well and leave to rest for ten minutes

Serving

This goes with anything.
