I’m sat on a flight heading back to the UK from a work trip to Dublin. As I was waiting for the plane to take-off, I realised that I had managed the two days of the trip, without breaking my diet. No stray carbs have passed my lips in the past two days.
I was visiting a client, who kindly put on sandwiches and crisps. I managed to avoid all the delicious looking bread-based food and stick to the chicken & bacon in the fillings. Yay me!
I feel pretty proud of myself, I don’t feel like I have to justify why I’m not eating carbs.
This time I really think this diet could work. I hope I’ve continued to make progress at my next weigh in on Sunday. Fingers Crossed 🤞.
