So what’s been happening? Nothing really, for the first time in a while things have been pretty stable. So much so, that I have gotten back onto my diet. Low Carb/Keto is the diet of choice. So far 2.5kg lost. I’m craving carbs so badly today, in could easily slam my face into the cake one of my colleagues has brought into the office.
But I am not giving in. Having a decent level of mental health has really helped me avoid carbs.
Yes, I’m nearly 20st, 42 years old, and have bionic hips, and for the first time, in a long time, I’m ok with that.
