Well well, what do we have here. That’s right, a patronising load of platitudes. Rather than spend the three or four hours with your PR team crafting this letter you should have been sorting out the mess you’re responsible for.

As well as losing the franchises I am starting to believe that the board members should also be prohibited from holding directorships and board memberships of any company perpetually.
